By accessing or using the Website, submitting information to the Company, requesting a quotation, scheduling services, or otherwise communicating with Bastion, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services from Bastion.

Recipients may request that promotional text messages cease by replying STOP, where such functionality is available, or by contacting Bastion using the information set forth at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Bastion may continue to send non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to complete an existing quotation, appointment, transaction, payment, service request, or other customer relationship.

  1. MOBILE INFORMATION AND TEXT-MESSAGE CONSENT DATA

Bastion does not sell mobile telephone numbers or text-message opt-in information for monetary consideration.

Mobile telephone numbers, text-message consent records, and opt-in information obtained from customers or prospective customers will not be shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Bastion may provide such information to vendors and service providers solely as reasonably necessary to facilitate communications on Bastion’s behalf, operate its systems, provide requested services, or comply with applicable law.
